Position Description
We are looking for a highly reliable hardworking HR Intern who will support different departments in handling HR processes.
HR Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date gathering the necessary paperwork and scheduling first days creating a knowledge base (guidelines) for each companys department liaising with the supervisors of each department to create the content that will go in the knowledge base redesigning Siciliamia onboarding process and courses. In addition the intern may help make the first CV screening of potential candidates and write job descriptions.

- Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
- Inform employees and interns on their first tasks (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate their accounts)
