Job Description

Remote/Hybrid

National Law firm is seeking a midlevel IP Patent Prosecution Attorney to join its growing Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position offers the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement from any of the firms office locations.

About the Role:

The Firm is seeking an attorney with at least three years of experience in patent prosecution handling a variety of patents across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:

  • Patent prosecution including drafting and filing patent applications.
  • Patent search and analysis providing strategic guidance to clients.
  • Portfolio management helping clients safeguard and maximize their intellectual property assets.
  • Experience in mechanical biomedical or medical device patents is a plus.
  • Litigation experience is beneficial but not required.
