Role Summary: Support our business development efforts by generating leads managing client inquiries and providing critical sales support. This role drives revenue growth by identifying potential clients crafting compelling proposals and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in the VFX and postproduction industries through proactive research.
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads using CRM tools and industry databases.
Generate outreach campaigns via email LinkedIn and other channels to engage prospects.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs budgets and project requirements.
Collaborate with the Sales to prepare client proposals presentations and case studies.
Manage inbound inquiries and ensure timely followups to convert leads into opportunities.
Maintain and update sales reports tracking deal progress and conversion rates.
Assist in preparing contracts NDAs and other salesrelated documentation.
Support digital marketing efforts by creating sales collateral pitch decks and newsletters.
Work with marketing team to enhance brand visibility through campaigns and online presence.
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights for the sales team.
Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
Track key performance metrics ensuring sales efficiency and reporting findings.
Help streamline the sales process by improving internal workflows and documentation.
Requirements
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 36 years in presales inside sales sales support or business development preferably in the VFX animation or media industry.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of VFX/postproduction workflows & client expectations is a plus.
Sales Acumen: Strong ability to research qualify and nurture leads for highvalue deals.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication with strong presentation skills.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools sales automation and digital marketing tools.
Key Qualifications: Experience: 3-6 years in pre-sales, inside sales, sales support, or business development, preferably in the VFX, animation, or media industry. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of VFX/post-production workflows & client expectations is a plus. Sales Acumen: Strong ability to research, qualify, and nurture leads for high-value deals. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills. Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and digital marketing tools.
