We are seeking a detailoriented and efficient Commis II Bakery to join our professional culinary team in Bengaluru India. As a key member of our bakery department you will contribute to creating highquality baked goods while maintaining excellent hygiene standards and collaborating with other kitchen staff.
- Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods including bread pastries and desserts
- Follow recipes methods and instructions from the Executive Chef accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Support the team in meeting and exceeding guest expectations in quality and service
- Properly use and maintain bakery equipment and utensils
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in menu development and implementation of new recipes
- Ensure the timely preparation of baked goods for various functions and events
- Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar bakery role
- Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification in baking and pastry arts
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP regulations and food safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to follow recipes and cooking methods precisely
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Efficient time management and organizational abilities
- Basic math skills for measuring and scaling ingredients
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Passion for baking and creating highquality products
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining composure
