This is a remote position.
An Itinerary Specialist is responsible for assisting individuals and groups in planning organizing and booking travel arrangements. We work closely with clients to understand their preferences offer travel advice and create customized itineraries. This business opportunity will spotlight the best vacation specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation:
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel preferences budget and special requirements.
Provide personalized recommendations for destinations accommodations transportation and activities.
Itinerary Planning:
Create detailed and customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements.
Arrange flights accommodations transportation and other travelrelated services.
Booking and Reservations:
Coordinate bookings including flights hotels rental cars and other travel services.
Research and Destination Knowledge:
Stay informed about travel trends visa requirements weather conditions and local attractions for various destinations.
Research and establish relationships with hotels tour operators and other travel service providers.
Budget Management:
Work within clients specified budgets to create costeffective travel plans.
Provide transparent cost breakdowns and options for clients to make informed decisions.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries concerns and special requests promptly.
Handle unexpected issues or changes to travel plans with efficiency and professionalism.
Sales and Marketing:
Promote travel packages and special deals to attract new clients.
Collaborate with suppliers and attend industry events to stay updated on promotions and discounts.
Continuous Learning:
Attend training sessions workshops and industry events to enhance knowledge and skills.
Stay updated on changes in travel regulations industry standards and emerging destinations.
