Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates using various methods such as job boards social media and networking events
Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial screenings to identify qualified candidates
Collaborate with us to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
Update and maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking system
Conduct reference checks and background screenings where needed
Stay uptodate with latest recruiting trends and best practices
Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred but not required)
