Your Role
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to serve as the technical lead. In this pivotal role youll be at the helm of managing the protocol and product architecture driving development and shaping the technical vision of our org. What Were Looking For
- Proven Experience: 5 years of full stack development and at least 2 years in the Solana ecosystem developing in Rust.
- Frontend Skills:
- Proficiency in React Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Strong understanding of modern web development practices and responsive design principles.
- Backend Skills:
- Expertise in Rust and Node.js for building scalable backend services.
- Blockchain Expertise:
- Experience with smart contract development on the Solana blockchain in Rust.
- Understanding of blockchain technologies and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and manage all technical aspects of a project.
- Collaboration: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic work environment with partially defined requirements and a desire to define and solve problems where needed.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Supabase.
- Additional Programming Languages: Experience with Python is a plus.
- Security Awareness: Knowledge of security best practices for blockchain and decentralized applications.
- Open Source Contributions: A history of contributing to opensource projects.
