Critical Tasks (Maximum Critical tasks)
- Engage with customers during the sales process to gather technical requirements and provide recommendations on Microsoft Dynamics and Azure solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the benefits of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals RFP responses and presentations.
- Provide technical expertise to address customer questions concerns and objections.
- Work with the implementation team to ensure smooth handover of projects after the sale.
- Stay uptodate with the latest Microsoft Dynamics and Azure features and updates.
- Assist in creating marketing materials and technical documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers within customer organizations.
Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology or related field
Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years of PreSale Consultant experience or related fields
Preferred Knowledge
- Proven experience in presales technical consulting or solution architecture with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics and Azure.
- Indepth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales Customer Service etc.) and Azure Cloud services (e.g. Azure App Services Azure Active Directory Azure Storage etc.).
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Experience in preparing and delivering product demonstrations technical presentations and customerfacing documents.
- Familiarity with CRM ERP and cloudbased solutions.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally with sales marketing and technical teams.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Azure are
- Ability to speak English is preferred
