We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the Customer Service department for our Food and Supplement Products company. As part of our growing company you will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of essential functions supporting our distributors and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and assist distributors/customers.
- Process daily orders and reconcile transactions.
- Data entry for new distributor signups and document uploads.
- Provide product info and basic marketing plan explanations.
- Follow up on commission rejections and system updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams and forward requirements.
- Assist with prize winner documentation and passport collection.
- Ensure timely product release to customers and daily stock reporting.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese are required; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards customer service.
