Job Summary
The Service Supervisor oversees service processes acting as a liaison between customers and the service department. Responsibilities include greeting customers addressing concerns advising on repairs and maintenance preparing service orders and keeping customers informed on vehicle status.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delegate and monitor service tasks ensuring team goals and sales targets are met.
- Handle customer complaints professionally to maintain strong relationships.
- Assist with administrative tasks like invoicing processing orders and managing parts inventory.
- Maintain efficient working processes and evaluate department performance.
- Audit work and customer service to ensure high standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations tools and innovations.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to management and propose strategies to achieve targets.
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous automotive service experience preferred.
- Strong industry knowledge and customer service skills.
- Excellent leadership communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in MS Office and other digital tools.
