Job Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in deploying the Delivery software into their business environment ensuring a smooth transition to the new system platform Serving as liaison between product and development
- Provision of training / demos to both internal and external stakeholders
- Understanding and improving Delivery adoption among customers
- Consistently engaging with staff providing regular feedback on software
- Provide support to Sales teams to close business opportunities
- Translating market requirements testing new features for market readiness whilst liaising with development Teams
Job Requirements:
- Well versed in leveraging and supporting Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions to optimize business operations and enhance user experience.
- Highly proficient in using Excel to analyze data create complex formulas and build meaningful reports.
- Meticulous in identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy across all tasks.
- Clear concise and effective in both written and verbal communication with teams and clients.
- Strong analytical mindset for identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions.
- Experienced in quality assurance processes and adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
