What Youll Be Doing:
- Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with inquiries concerns and product/service information
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally ensuring a positive experience
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
- Providing solutions to customer problems while adhering to company policies
- Upselling or crossselling relevant products/services when appropriate
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to address customer needs
- Striving to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets
What Were Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Friendly patient and approachable with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- A positive and professional attitude with a strong desire to learn
