Job Description
- Overseeing the regulatory strategy for the business in the renewable energy sector.
- Staying abreast of all regulatory changes and advising on adjustments to business operations accordingly.
- Engaging with regulatory bodies and representing the company's interests.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance in all business activities.
- Conducting regulatory risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Reviewing and updating company policies in line with regulatory changes.
A successful Regulatory Manager should have:
- Atleast 8 years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Experience in collaborating with and building relationships with both central and statelevel authorities
- Solid understanding of central and statelevel electricity policies rules and regulations
- Indepth knowledge of the regulatory environment and the power sector
- Capable of representing the company in regulatory commissions.
