Job Description
Overseeing the regulatory strategy for the business in the renewable energy sector.
Staying abreast of all regulatory changes and advising on adjustments to business operations accordingly.
Engaging with regulatory bodies and representing the company's interests.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure regulatory compliance in all business activities.
Conducting regulatory risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
Reviewing and updating company policies in line with regulatory changes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Regulatory Manager should have:
Atleast 8 years of relevant experience
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Experience in collaborating with and building relationships with both central and statelevel authorities
Solid understanding of central and statelevel electricity policies rules and regulations
Indepth knowledge of the regulatory environment and the power sector
Capable of representing the company in regulatory commissions.
