Position Summary:
This role will be a key contributor to the implementation and support of Workday within the business. We are seeking candidates with experience managing data and processes in HRIS systems who are eager to grow their skill set as additional functionality and employee populations are implemented.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide daytoday system support for Workday HCM Benefits Reporting and Compensation.
Oversee administration of Workday business processes ensuring best practices in system setup; manage corrections and ensure consistency.
Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to define business requirements develop custom reports and build appropriate reporting and metrics.
Lead data validation activities including analysis documentation and conversion of current systems and data.
Monitor vendor interfaces including integration points interface processing error identification and resolution.
Implement business processes designed for a simple enduser experience and minimal errors incorporating auditing controls for sustainability.
Ensure ease of adoption through change management activities; collaborate with team members to assess training and communication needs for projects.
Facilitate system training and communication as needed.
Lead projects including organizing meetings providing regular updates and meeting project deadlines.
Oversee system integrations advanced troubleshooting and research/design of changes.
Compensation & Benefits:
Eligible to participate in the Executive Bonus Plan with a payout of up to 10% of the annual base salary based on company performance.
160 hours of paid time off per year.

Required Skills:
Demonstrated proficiency and experience with Workday Reporting including matrix reporting and calculated fields.
Experience with outbound Workday integrations XSLT development and troubleshooting.
Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments manage ambiguity and complexity and support multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent customer service attitude and teamoriented mindset.
High attention to detail.
Strong ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to work well independently and under pressure.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required preferably in information systems computer science human resources management or business administration.
Minimum of 3 years of Workday administrative experience.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office products including Excel (e.g. pivot tables and lookup functions).
Expected travel: 510%.
