Content Moderator German Speaking
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Your Role:
As a Junior Content Moderator you will be at the forefront of ensuring that users have a safe enjoyable and positive experience across a leading digital platform. Your key responsibility will be to moderate usergenerated content ensuring it complies with the platforms community guidelines and quality standards. You will be essential in maintaining the integrity of the platform identifying harmful inappropriate or offensive content and removing it to create a welcoming environment for all users.
You will:
- Review and moderate content across digital platforms to ensure it meets established community guidelines
- Actively identify and flag inappropriate harmful or noncompliant content
- Collaborate with a multicultural team exchanging ideas and working together to optimize processes and improve user experience
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while processing large volumes of content
- Adapt to a rotating shifts schedule to ensure that content moderation is ongoing and that the platform remains safe at all times

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fluency in German (native or C2 level) is a must
- Intermediate English proficiency to communicate with team members
- Ability to work in rotating shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to process large amounts of content quickly
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Passion for digital technology and social platforms
