What will be asked to do ?

* You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be asked to their queries by email.
* Identify customer needs.

Am I eligible ?

* European passport or identity card
* Native German/Level C2
* The training will be given in English, you must have a minimum B2 level in English.
* Have the ability to multi-task as you will be speaking to clients via phone and emails
