Job Description
Construction Superintendent
Location: Raleigh NC
Seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee multifamily residential projects from start to finish. Youll lead site operations manage subcontractors maintain project schedules and budgets and ensure the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Manage daytoday site operations for multifamily residential projects
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers to meet project timelines
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety standards and project specifications
- Monitor project schedules budgets and quality control
- Maintain communication with project managers and stakeholders
- Proactively solve onsite issues to keep projects on track
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a superintendent in multifamily construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes scheduling and safety protocols
- Proven leadership and problemsolving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
