Job Description
This exciting role will support Rotorks cultural journey to embed an inclusive growth focused high performance culture during a period of substantial change. Working in partnership with the business and wider HR teams this role will lead and manage programmes that will drive employee experience with a focus on engagement inclusion and wellbeing. With an ambitious agenda the pace is fast and no two days are likely to be the same.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Culture and Inclusion you will develop manage and coordinate key initiatives across the employee experience with focus on engagement retention and recognition to underpin our culture and DNA across everything this we do.
You will develop and deliver global programmes that guide us forward on our journey around social impact and inclusion and support the wellbeing of our people our impact in our communities and creating work environments where our people can thrive.
By creating practical content and resources youll actively support our people initiatives and assess their impact on the overall employee experience. Additionally youll identify build and analyse data and metrics throughout the employee lifecycle tracking our progress on this exciting journey.
This opportunity would suit an individual who thrives on managing multiple activities in a fast and changing environment whilst partnering with the business to deliver meaningful programmes.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in developing embedding and measuring EDI Social engagement and wellbeing programmes and initiatives
- Experience working across a global matrixed business
- Successfully manage and deliver multiple people projects simultaneously
The Successful Candidate:
- Will be able to develop strategic approaches whilst being able to delivery operationally in a practically hands on manner in a fast and changing environment
- Will be a positive engaged and passionate selfstarter focused on delivering end results
- Excellent business partnering approach with strong collaboration listening and influencing skills across all levels of the business
- Able to use and understand data to make decisions. Comfortable working in the detail.
