Position: Principal / Distinguished Engineer Game Development
Reporting to Co Founder

We are a mobile game development studio based in Bangalore India. Our team is dedicated to creating highquality and engaging games for mobile platforms.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer to lead our technology team and drive the development of our mobile games.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Unity C# and C and a passion for creating cuttingedge games. He/She will code up an entire game from scratch with/without the help of existing or acquired/bought modules.
While other engineers will be part of the team to code up specific features and pieces this role is not an architectural/codedesign role!
Responsibilities:
Lead the technology team in developing and implementing game development strategies
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure technical feasibility of game concepts
Manage the development and maintenance of game engines and tools
Oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve game development efficiency
Ensure the quality performance and stability of our games across various mobile platforms
Mentor and guide team members to improve their technical skills and knowledge
Keep uptodate with industry trends and advancements in game development technology
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in game development and an overall 10 yrs of handson software engineering is a mandate.
Strong knowledge of Unity C# and C
Experience with mobile game development and optimization
Proven track record of successfully delivering highquality games
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
Passion for gaming and staying updated with industry trends
Location:
This is a fulltime position based in Bangalore Karnataka India. The candidate must be willing to work from our office.
