Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude making them feel welcome and comfortable
Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized bar area including stocking and replenishing supplies
Ensure all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines
Engage with guests and provide recommendations on drinks specials and promotions
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient bar operation
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Attend all training sessions and meetings as required by the company
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Bar Server or in a similar role
Knowledge of different types of drinks and their preparation methods
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and credit card transactions
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Must be at least 21 years old
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications
Fluent in English additional languages are a plus
