Further details on the NIHR BioResource including some of our COVID19 research studies can be found on our website About the job The Business Manager will lead the Finance Business Administration & HR Marketing & Communications and Procurement & Contracts teams comprising a total of 12 people with 4 team managers. Reporting directly to the NIHR BioResource Director and serving as a key member of the Senior Management Team the Business Manager will shape strategy oversee operations and provide leadership to ensure the BioResource achieves its ambitious goals. The role is integral to advancing the BioResource's mission enabling health research that improves lives and reduces health inequalities.

This pivotal role will ensure operational excellence drive strategic initiatives and contribute to transformative health research outcomes.
Proven experience in highlevel strategy and operational leadership
Strong financial expertise including budget oversight
Excellent organisational managerial and interpersonal skills
Ability to initiate ideas adapt flexibly to evolving needs and prioritise effectively
Experience leading teams in complex environments
