First impressions are everything! As a Guest Service Agent you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

What you will be doing:
- Greeting a diverse group of guests and individuals
- Checkingin and checkingout guests
- Responding to guest requests
- Settle guest accounts on checkout while providing exceptional service
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for each guest you serve
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities looking for opportunities to enhance a guests stay through upselling Atlas Restaurant Clarkes Bar and even our ecofriendly water bottles
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills must include:
- Service focused personality is essential
- Being able to work in high pressured situations whilst still delivering exceptional service
- Highly organised with a passion for a clean work station and environment
- Clear assertive and respectful communication skills
