About the Role:
As a FullStack Marketer youll take ownership of our endtoend marketing strategy helping to build brand awareness generate leads and drive customer engagement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fastpaced startup environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hatsfrom content creation and digital marketing to performance analytics and automation.
Were looking for a highly adaptable datadriven marketer with a deep understanding of both growth and brand marketing.
Content Marketing: Develop and execute content strategies including blog posts case studies email marketing and social media campaigns.
SEO & SEM: Optimize website content for search engines manage PPC campaigns and improve organic traffic growth.
Growth Marketing: Implement and analyze growth experiments to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Performance Marketing: Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads LinkedIn Meta etc.) to optimize conversions and ROI.
Marketing Automation: Set up and optimize email nurturing sequences CRM workflows and leadscoring models.
Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and grow our audience.
Partnerships & PR: Identify comarketing opportunities collaborate with industry influencers and manage public relations efforts.
Website & UX: Work with designers and developers to optimize the website for conversions and user experience.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance metrics analyze campaign effectiveness and provide datadriven recommendations.
Experience: 3 years in marketing preferably in a startup or B2B environment.
FullStack Skill Set: Proficiency in content marketing SEO PPC email marketing social media and analytics.
DataDriven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics HubSpot or similar tools.
TechSavvy: Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot Mailchimp) SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush Ahrefs) and ad platforms.
Creative & Strategic: Ability to craft compelling marketing campaigns while aligning with business objectives.
HandsOn & Resourceful: Comfortable in a fastmoving startup where execution speed matters.
Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.
