At the Pullman Melbourne on the Park we are seeking a dynamic people person who has a keen eye for detail to join our Front Office Team as Night Supervisor on a FullTime basis.
You will (but not limited to):
- Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure.
- Offer and maintain highest level of customer service to the guests at all times.
- Carry out tasks as specified by the Night Manager.
- Assist the Night Manager in preparing all overnight reports & cross checking and balancing of daily transactions for all outlets.
- Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide precise helpful information.
- Ensure safety of all guests and employees and coordinate with other hotel departments for any maintenance or emergency needs.
- Monitor security and safety protocols including surveillance systems and building access.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff during the night shift.
Qualifications :
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Have a good level of computer literacy Excel and Opera.
- Be analytical and possess an eye for detail.
- Able to maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
- Strong guest centric mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts.
- Must have previous experience in a similar role.
