Job Description
Starbucks Shift Supervisors keep the store running like clockwork. They motivate and encourage the team throughout the shift coaching them and delegating daily tasks. They role model and inspire the delivery of highquality service while creating meaningful connections with customers and baristas alike.
To be a Starbucks Supervisor

Leadership experience in the retail or fastpaced restaurant environment preferred
