Job Description
Maintaining consistent and highlevel execution of recurring responsibilities in relation to timely settlement fees to schemes (Visa and Mastercard) to avoid late fines and penalties and invoice processing;
Supporting own team in reaching main performance metrics targets and SLAs set to Operations organisation;
Meeting individual SLAs and KPIs set for the role;
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to settlement payments or incorrect fees;
Work closely with Product Regional Operations Billing and Finance team to setup settlement services according to scheme requirements;
Detecting and escalating domainrelated problems and complex issues ensuring timely and relevant communication with stakeholders;
Identify opportunities to streamline the settlement process improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors or delays;
Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates.
Qualifications :

Youre a clear and honest communicator and able to articulate potential improvements.

Youre flexible with your work hours. We aim to help our global customers any time they need it occasionally during weekends and holidays.
Bonus: Youve worked with Visa/MC before or have worked in settlement processing roles.
