Job Description

Our client is seeking a Brand & Sustainability Manager to lead branding initiatives and sustainability efforts. The successful candidate will have experience in marketing branding and environmental impact management. This role is crucial in enhancing the companys brand identity while developing strategies to minimize its environmental footprint.


Responsibilities:

  • Creative Concept Development: Develop and execute branding and marketing campaigns aligned with the companys vision.
  • Marketing Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
  • Market Research: Analyze target audience behavior and engagement with the brand.
  • Messaging & Communication: Craft compelling messaging strategies to enhance brand visibility.
  • Public Perception Analysis: Monitor and assess public sentiment towards the brand.
  • CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with research content social media and design teams.
  • Project Support: Lead project implementation and ensure successful execution.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
  • Environmental Impact Assessment: Track energy consumption waste generation and carbon emissions to identify reduction strategies.
  • Sustainability Strategy Development: Design and implement sustainability initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Operational Improvements: Introduce efficiency upgrades and sustainable procurement practices.
  • Employee Training & Awareness: Educate employees on sustainability best practices.
  • Innovation & Research: Explore new technologies to improve sustainability efforts.

Requirements:

  • Marketing & Branding Expertise: Strong understanding of brand management and campaign execution.
  • Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
  • Design Knowledge: Understanding of layout colors and branding aesthetics.
  • Social Media Proficiency: Experience in digital marketing and online engagement.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Sales & Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial management in branding.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to identify trends and implement sustainability strategies.
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Brand Marketing.
