Job Description
Role Overview:
The Country Lead for the Thailand market will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the companys operations in the region. This position requires a motivated and strategic leader capable of aligning local operations with global objectives while adapting to the unique market conditions in Thailand. The Country Lead will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with headquarters and other regional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Operations Management:
- Oversee the companys operations in Thailand including website content and social media accounts
- Plan translate edit and publish highquality content (articles blogs videos social media posts etc.).
- Schedule and publish content on the website and social media platforms ensuring timely and engaging updates.
- Coordinate with the group headquarters to ensure the provided materials aligns with local market needs and company goals.
- Localise and optimise content for SEO readability and engagement.
- Oversee content distribution across websites social media email newsletters and other digital channels.
- Analyze content performance using metrics and analytics tools (Google Analytics SEO tools etc.).
- Stay updated on industry trends audience preferences and content marketing best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage external content contributors freelancers or agencies as needed
Market Alignment & Strategy:
- Develop and execute a localized business plan that aligns with the companys global vision while catering to Thailand market conditions customer preferences and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities ensuring competitive positioning in the financial and investment space.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Represent the company in industry events conferences and media engagements in Thailand.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Finance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in senior management roles preferably in finance fintech or digital platforms.
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both Thai and English.
- Deep understanding of Thai market including cultural nuances regulatory environment and customer behavior.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience in recruiting and mentoring highperforming teams.
- Proven experience in content management.
- Ability to analyse data and use insights to improve content strategies
- Knowledge of SEO and social media strategies is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both Thai and English.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in contentdriven platforms personal finance or investmentrelated businesses.
- Existing network of stakeholders in Thailands financial tech and media industries.
1 year contract under ADI (The contract is very likely to be extend to either 2 years or become a full time staff under TradingKey)
Office Location: ADI office (Will have own seating)
Salary: Max 100000
