Job Description
The Senior Customer Advisor will be in charge of structuring setting and monitoring high quality standards of a dedicated service having as mission the followup of our final customers : from their acquisition up until the final delivery.
You will be our image towards the B2C market. The Senior Customer Advisor has a strong experience in taking care of residential clients all along their acquisition journey. Depending on the level of activity and the staffing of the team you are partly active as Customer Advisor.
You will oversee the following aspects :
- Ensure the proper 100% followup of clients from their acquisition up until the final handover (customer journey) always turned towards clients satisfaction while preserving the companys interests.
- Follow up of the technical plannings and design.
- Keep a construction oversight of your assigned projects.
- Quality assurance of the chosen products.
- Advise in the selection of best/most effective products and stakeholders.
- Innovation : stay up to date with the latest trends.
- Elaborate and ensure proper followup procedures for our customers.
- Coach and train more junior advisors.
Qualifications :
You hold a Bachelors degree in a Real Estate related field.
Proven experience of min. 5y in managing sales/after sales.
Excellent knowledge of the residential market.
Bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch English is a plus.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. You can perfectly
adapt to your different interlocutors.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good proficiency in Microsoft 365.
You are a team player but can also work perfectly independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
