Job Description

The External Partnership and Branding Manager will lead external recruitment advertising initiatives across digital and print platforms targeting key candidate demographics that align with Evolution USs hiring needs. This role is responsible for increasing brand visibility strengthening recruitment channels and ensuring a high level of community engagement. The successful candidate will be a creative and resultsdriven professional with experience in employer branding recruitment marketing and community partnerships.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute external recruitment advertising strategies ensuring maximum reach and engagement with highquality candidates across multiple U.S. markets.
  • Identify and leverage digital and print advertising opportunities including paid media campaigns job boards career fairs and industry partnerships.
  • Oversee and provide leadership on Social Media activities ensuring the execution of a strong employer brand presence across various social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram TikTok etc.).
  • Monitor analyze and optimize job ad performance making datadriven recommendations to enhance visibility and applicant conversion rates.
  • Establish and maintain community partnerships with industry groups workforce development organizations educational institutions and diversityfocused networks to broaden recruitment reach.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Operations Management HR Talent Acquisition and Marketing to align employer branding initiatives with corporate goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends emerging recruitment marketing tools and best practices to continuously enhance Evolutions talent attraction strategies for high volume recruitment needs.
  • Manage budgets for advertising and branding initiatives ensuring costeffective and highROI recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to branding recruitment marketing effectiveness and social media engagement.
  • The role will require occasional travel

Qualifications :

  • Higher education (Bachelors Degree or higher) in a relevant field or the applicable experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and Recruiting leadership preferably in the hospitality and gaming industries
  • Expertise in US labor market recruitment channels and recruitment tools
  • Proven experience in developing and managing digital and print advertising campaigns for recruitment purposes.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a social media function or related teams.
  • Expertise in social media marketing content creation and audience engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize strategies accordingly.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building and maintaining community partnerships and recruitment pipelines.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Mass recruitment experience is a plus
  • Experience in gaming hospitality or entertainment industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of programmatic job advertising and recruitment technologies.
  • Familiarity with employer review sites such as Glassdoor and Indeed.
