Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior UI Engineer to drive the development of highquality user interfaces. This role requires technical expertise in Unreal Engine 5 UI frameworks strong problemsolving skills and the ability to mentor fellow UI engineers while collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities
Design implement and optimize UI systems using C UMG and Slate.
Architect scalable UI frameworks that integrate seamlessly with gameplay and backend services.
Enhance UI performance and memory efficiency ensuring smooth interaction and rendering.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other UI engineers fostering best practices.
Collaborate closely with designers and artists to translate UX concepts into interactive and immersive UI elements.
NicetoHave Skills
Experience with Noesis Scaleform or other UI middleware.
Knowledge of motion design shaderbased UI effects or procedural UI animations.
Familiarity with backend integration for UI systems (Live Ops telemetry analyticsdriven UI updates).
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in UI engineering for games.
Expertise in C and Blueprint scripting within Unreal Engine 4/5.
Deep understanding of UMG Slate and Common UI frameworks.
Experience shipping at least one AAA console or PC game as a UI engineer.
Knowledge of UI rendering localization and platform certification requirements (TCR/TRC).
