As an intern on the NielsenIQ Advertising Neuroscience team youll use your analytical and consultative skills to help some of the worlds biggest brands and advertisers (McDonalds Walmart Procter & Gamble Kroger Amazon etc..) shape and optimize their brand communication. 

As an NIQ Neuroscience intern you will: 

• Provide insights that clients can use to drive their business forward 

• See your recommendations in action as you see products on the shelves or experience manufacturers advertising 

• Make a difference by becoming a problem solver a consultant and the voice of NielsenIQs inclusive culture for our clients

Intern Program Summary 

• Tenweek fulltime summer assignment in Chicago IL 

• Participation in exclusive professional development opportunities focused on gaining a business perspective diversity inclusive leadership and mentorship 

Qualifications :

Selection Criteria 

• Current Sophomore or Junior pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Neuroscience Data Analytics Data Science or Marketing/Market Research.  Will also consider students in an analytically or human insights focused major including but not limited to Economics  Engineering Mathematics Statistics or Liberal Arts 

• 3.0 cumulative GPA minimum 

• Permanent U.S. work authorization required; no Visa sponsorship available 

• Leadership in extracurriculars on campus or in your community 

• Strong oral and written communication skills 

• Anticipated graduation: Spring 2026 or 2027

This role has a marketcompetitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $68k. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidates experience qualifications skills and location. This role might also be eligible for a salesbased incentive or performancebased bonus.
