Within area of operation the UK MA Site Operations lead will:
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of site related data
- Lead H&S topics for the locations
- Liaise and engage with FCM AUP and related department as applicable
- Proactively ensure compliance on site for certification site audit requirements and insurance
- Minimise business impact of maintenance or breakdowns of equipment on site

Specific Features
- The job holder will be required from time to time to participate in events or support the business outside of normal working hours. Such events may require travelling and staying away from home.
Qualifications :
Knowledge and Skills:
The job holder will hold the following knowledge and skills
- Have experience of working in a remote location away from a head office
- Have broad knowledge of H&S requirements
- Be IT literate in a variety of Microsoft programmes
- Have awareness of Bosch internal structures and policy (desirable)
- Have knowledge of Bosch information and site related software systems (desirable)
- Ability to confidently take ownership of customer and stakeholder queries
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with all members of MA as well as the wider Bosch network
- To display at all times a customer oriented service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the company
- Be determined energetic and flexible
- Effectively and timely work towards defined targets
- Must hold a full clean UK driving license
- Be able to participate in events outside of normal working hours
