Job Description
- 9FM logistics indicator management and visualization
- Design collect and integrate 9FM logistics indicator data for each plant create relevant templates and display on the website using visualization tools communicate and collaborate with the person in charge of logistics in the plant.
- LIWAKS KPI analysis and support
- Collect calculations and analyze factory shipments to help factories solve problems and improve performance.
- ILCS Topics Analysis
- Independently responsible for inventory related metrics to analyze the performance of more than 40 factories.
- ILCS integration and visualization display
- Analyze and integrate the ILCS results of more than 40 factories and use visualization software to display the analysis results.
- KPI Dashboard Construction and Maintenance
- Collect and calculate logistics data from China and East Asia factories integrate and analyze the data and display the results using visualization software.
- SAP system abnormal inventory handling
- Monitor abnormal inventory in SAP system analyze and solve problems to ensure accurate inventory data.
- EA XSELLING Support and Promotion
- Support to promote Cross selling between factories in EA to reduce logistics cost.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background
- Graduate degree or above majoring in logistics supply chain and other related fields.
- Professional Skills
- Proficient in Excel SQL Tableau Power BI and other visualization software familiar with SAP logistics module.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills
- Good communication skills able to work with multiple departments and strong sense of teamwork.
- Problem solving Skills
- Ability to quickly analyze and solve problems with logical thinking and innovative thinking.
- Learning and Adaptability
- Strong learning ability able to adapt to fastpaced work and flexible to deal with unexpected situations.
- Other Requirements
- Proficient in English sensitive to data strong insight and analytical ability.
