You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailOur Renewal team is in charge of growing revenue and preventing churn with our existing customer base. The Renewal organization is a global team part of the global Sales team.
The Renewal Manager is responsible for securing and growing revenue through the timely renewal of contracts up for renewal in their assigned territory for the EcoVadis business. They will craft strategies with internal partners such as Sales and Customer Success to secure every renewal generate incremental revenue. The focus will be maximizing revenue growth at renewal while minimizing revenue attrition across the portfolio securing the most favourable contract terms identifying additional product growth opportunities.
Responsibilities :
Achieve financial and strategic targets to minimize revenue attrition secure favourable contract terms and identify incremental expansion sales revenue whilst increasing customer trust.
Develop and implement successful negotiation strategies.
Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success to fully understand and develop a clear renewal strategy for customers.
Maintain an accurate forecast of incremental revenue in your territory identify atrisk renewals and develop strategies to drive timely closure of renewals.
Work with manager and other internal partners to deliver continuous improvements to the renewal processes.
Qualifications :
Experience in a Sales Operations or Account Management capacity with a focus on fostering strong client relationships.
Proven success record achieving goals/targets/KPIs in Sales Operations Or Account Management.
Strong objectionhandling skills and experience with valuebased contract negotiations
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
Demonstrated experience with process management financial competency and understanding of Salesforce CRM.
Strong skills in coordination and communication.
Full professional in German and English as you will be discussing sustainable procurement solutions in both languages
