Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who is also a skilled AV Engineer to join our team at SummitNext Technologies Sdn. Bhd. As a Sales Manager you will lead our sales team in securing new business opportunities and expanding our client base. At the same time your expertise as an AV Engineer will enable you to provide technical support to our clients and contribute to the design and implementation of our audiovisual solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Manager Role:
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our client base
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and increase market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the audiovisual industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing and technical teams to drive sales growth
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
AV Engineer Role:
- Participate in AV over IP integration projects including designing and implementing audiovisual systems
- Assist in creating detailed diagrams and specifications for AV equipment and systems
- Assess and operate various AV equipment including cameras projectors and sound systems
- Collaborate with the AV over IP integration team on indoor and outdoor audiovisual projects
- Assist in creating interactive projects and developing content for client presentations
- Travel to clients sites to conduct site assessments and provide technical support as needed
- Work with the design team to create technical documents including line diagrams product datasheets and specifications
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering Telecommunication or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in AV engineering and sales
- Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment including cameras projectors and sound systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate technical information to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong team player with excellent time management and organizational skills
Language:
- Fluent in Mandarin Bahasa Malaysia and English
Work Arrangement:
- Fulltime position
- Day shift (Monday to Friday)

- Salary: RM6000.00 RM7000.00 per month
