Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customerfocused Assistant Manager Front Office to join our team in Mysuru India. As a key member of our front office leadership you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.

  • Lead and supervise the front office team during assigned shifts ensuring high standards of customer service
  • Assist in developing and implementing front office procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Train and mentor front office staff fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment
  • Handle complex guest inquiries complaints and special requests with professionalism and empathy
  • Oversee checkin and checkout processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor and manage front office inventory and supplies
  • Assist in preparing reports and analyzing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies procedures and industry standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance guest experiences and operational efficiency

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in front office operations preferably in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) with Opera experience preferred
  • Outstanding problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Indepth knowledge of hotel management procedures and hospitality industry standards
  • Qualification in hotel or hospitality management highly regarded
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
