Job Description

User Acquisition Manager (Mobile F2P Games)

Location: OnSite Bengaluru

Employment Type: FullTime


About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and datadriven User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role you will be responsible for driving user growth for our freetoplay (F2P) mobile games by developing and executing innovative user acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile gaming performance marketing and creative content optimization. Key Responsibilities


User Acquisition Strategy:

Plan execute and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various platforms (Facebook Google TikTok Snapchat etc.).

Manage budgets effectively to achieve ROI and LTV targets.

Identify new channels and opportunities for user growth.


Creative Content Development:

Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop highperforming ad creatives (static video playable ads).

Analyze creative performance and iterate on content to improve CTR IPM and conversion rates.

Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative creative strategies.


Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g. AppsFlyer Adjust Google Analytics).

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.

Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as CPI ROAS and retention.


CrossFunctional Collaboration:

Work closely with product marketing and analytics teams to align user acquisition efforts with overall business goals.

Provide feedback to game development teams to improve onboarding and monetization features.


Market Research:

Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mobile gaming industry.

Stay informed about platform updates policy changes and best practices in user acquisition.


Requirements


Experience:

3 years of experience in user acquisition performance marketing or digital advertising preferably in the mobile gaming industry.

Proven track record of scaling user acquisition campaigns for F2P mobile games.


Creative Expertise:

Strong understanding of creative content development for mobile ads (static video playable).

Ability to analyze creative performance and provide datadriven recommendations.

Experience working with creative teams or agencies is a plus.


Technical Skills:

Proficiency in analytics tools such as AppsFlyer Adjust or Google Analytics.

Familiarity with ad platforms like Facebook Ads Manager Google Ads TikTok Ads etc.

Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.


Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.


Education:

Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Data Science or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with programmatic advertising and DSPs.

Knowledge of ASO (App Store Optimization) strategies.

Passion for mobile gaming and understanding of player behavior.
