Job Title: Sales Manager

We're uniquely positioned in the market with all the necessary licences accreditations and inhouse logistics infrastructure and fleet of vehicles to respond swiftly to customer needs. With these solid foundations we're now looking for a new Sales Manager to join our team to grow and develop our offsite biobank and disaster recovery services. The Role
Due to continued growth in our core laboratory related services we have expanded our offering and are now providing offsite biobank storage and disaster recovery solutions to; Higher Education Institutions Research Companies Hospitals Pharma and Clinical Trial Organisations across the UK. Our stateoftheart facility in Cambridge offers temperaturecontrolled storage solutions secure access and 24/7 monitoring giving our clients peace of mind.

- You will lead the sales effort to expand our client base and revenue for temperature controlled offsite storage and disaster recovery solutions.
- The role location is flexible with hybrid working. Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with life science and biotechnology customers
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and partnerships
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery for clients
- Strong knowledge of the industry and an understanding of biobanking or related fields
- A proven ability to deliver sales growth and achieve targets
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
