Job Description
AstralPool are looking for a detailoriented and motivated Sales Order Processor to join our dynamic team.
Your responsibilities:
- Accurately process sales orders and ensure timely delivery
- Verify order details and customer information
- Coordinate with the sale and distribution teams to manage fulfillment
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any order related issues
- Maintain and update orders records within company system
To succeed in this role youll need a positive attitude and the following:
- Proven experience in order processing sales support or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience with AS400 would be advantageous but not essential
