Key Responsibilities of a Hospitalist

• Manage and coordinate patient care with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Conduct thorough medical assessments diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective recovery.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital regulations.
• Communicate and collaborate with patients and their families to provide education and support regarding healthcare decisions.

Qualifications for a Successful Hospitalist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program in AZ
• 1 years of experience in Cerner or Cerner CareNet or Cerner Millenium
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• State medical license in good standing or the ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate and patientcentered care.

Schedule and Shift Details
Shift Information: 12hour day shifts 6a6p or 7a7p; Schedule: 7 on/7 off
