Key Responsibilities of a Hospitalist
- Manage and coordinate patient care with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct thorough medical assessments diagnose conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications for a Successful Hospitalist
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited program in AZ
- 1 years of experience in Cerner or Cerner CareNet or Cerner Millenium
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- State medical license in good standing or the ability to obtain licensure.
- Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and patientcentered care.
