Position Summary
The QMM Intern is responsible for support the Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement in Bosch Service Solutions.
General Job Responsibilities
Responsibility for supporting the Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement Process:
- Support Quality Promotion in the location

- Create documentation for local processes and department in Heredia Site.
- Application of Central Directive ensure processes adhere to Bosch standard policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support internal process audit plan participate in internal audits assisting with external audits written reports.
- Continuous Improvement support to all departments.
- Supporting the organization in the following topics:
- problem solving
- applying root cause analysis
- Continuous Improvement Process (CIP).
- data collection
- time recording
- tabulation and presentation of results.
- Support identifying process improvement ideas.
- Coordinate and Support trainings implementation in CIP/UX/Six Sigma topics.
- Admin User of Transaction Monitoring and Coaching Tool
- Perform other functions related to the position.
Qualifications :
- Advanced Studies in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Problem solving Mapping and Analytical abilities.
- Able to perform data collection plans and time studies
- Communication skills
- Computer skills including MS Office (Excel) Power Point Value Stream Mapping (VSM) with Visio.
- Desing Thinking ISO9001:2015 or Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green knowledge is a plus.
- English level B2.
