Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

Build and develop relationships with Buyers Align the strategic closures confirmed by KAM of that account get the execution details from the Buyer in alignment to the KAM closure in the contract and get the same executed on the ground.

All the aligned executions or activations at HQ of Reliance to be taken to the state merchants and internal Red Bull operations team(MODERN TRADE) in the regions and ensure the same is executed basis aligned timeline.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting with the Buyer and reviewing the metrics on execution every month.
  • Availability of Red Bull Portfolio basis the Portfolio matrix by format to be executed as per KAM alignment.
  • Execution of all aligned JBP initiatives basis the sign off done by KAM.
  • Initiate discussions with State merchants on the executions closed basis contract get the same executed 100% with the help of Region team ( internal).
  • Align plan and communicate on monthly basis the POSM required to KAM and get the same moved from WH to the Store.
  • Competition activity reporting and corresponding pictures.
  • Monthly PJP planning and adherence with 10 days working with minimum 3 days in every market ( Market State merchant meeting and business review).
  • Customer fill rate / PO Management connect with supply chain to maintain minimum of 85% Fill rate.
  • Use of Activator Dash Board and identify focus area for the month team meeting with the DPM and SM of the City and track improvement.
  • Driving sales growth through the Key Accounts. follow best practices to drive profitable growth for Red Bull Be Red Bulls representative with Key Accounts and drive Brand Objectives by influencing all levels and functions of Retailers management to become partner of choice for the Retailers.
  • Develop shopper insights with Key Account leverage key accounts capabilities to drive Brand objective. Keen learner to understand evolving models/ processes/best practices by competition/channel partners to provide marketing inputs basis Retailer insight.

 


Qualifications :

Experience

A proven track record of 35 years professional experience in Key Account Management ideally with FMCG/beverages background. (retail/Technology Companies Excellent network of existing contacts and trade relationships.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong analytical planning and negotiation skills
  • Successful front line retail negotiation experience and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and conceptual selling skills.
  • Strong consensus building skills with crossfunctional leadership experience.
