Job Description

Position Summary:
The Assistant to the CEO provides highlevel administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills discretion and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative and executive supportrelated tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive detailoriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEOs calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings presentations and reports.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion.
  • Draft review and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and prioritize incoming communications ensuring timely responses.
  • Assist with the preparation of board materials agendas and minutes.
  • Coordinate executive communications including taking calls responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the CEO and the executive team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion integrity and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the CEOs schedule.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting Clevel executives.

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of discretion integrity and confidentiality.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant software.

  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
