Job Description
- Maintaining consistent and highlevel execution of recurring responsibilities in relation to card manufacturing or issuance and delivery;
- Supporting own team in reaching main performance metrics targets and SLAs set to Operations organisation;
- Meeting individual SLAs and KPIs set for the role;
- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to card production and delivery;
- Coordinate manufacturingrelated improvements in designated regions such as chip migration testing changing of product codes etc;
- Build and maintain key relationships with external partners (manufacturers delivery partners);
- Identify opportunities to streamline the card manufacturing and delivery process improve efficiency and reduce the risk of errors or delays;
- Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates
Qualifications :
- Youre accurate and pay attention to detail.
- Youre meticulous and accurate in your task execution.
- Youre SLA driven and are motivated to hit team and personal metrics.
- You place customers first and you make no compromise on this.
- Youre a clear and honest communicator and able to articulate potential improvements.
- Youre comfortable with feedback and being part of a team where ideas are shared and openness is valued.
- Youre proactive and collaborative.
- Youre flexible with your work hours. We aim to help our global customers any time they need it occasionally during weekends and holidays.
- Bonus: Youve worked in card manufacturing or have experience with supplychain/delivery optimisation.
