1. Study and fully understand social media strategies set for each client.
2. Create compelling content for all platforms covering digital media platforms websites branding events etc.
3. Follow up on the execution of content calendars ensuring alignment with the proposed strategy clients business goals and Dices standards.
4. Mentor junior content team members providing performance insights and consistently improving their capabilities through regular training sessions guidance on new industry trends and technical aspects.
5. Act as a quality assurance by reviewing editing and proofreading content generated by junior mambers to ensure the delivery of a consistent brand voice and monitor compliance with content guidelines.
6. Implement and strictly adhere to Dice internal processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in marketing advertising or a related field; advanced degree us a plus.
4 years of experience in content creation with a focus on advertising agency environments.
Proven track record of successfully managing and implementing creative content and successful campaigns for diverse clients
Excellent communication skills and indepth knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
