Position Description
As a Software Developer in Test under the technical leadership of the Cinemo Quality Engineering you will be responsible for developing test cases and automated test scripts to maintain the high quality of Cinemos invehicle infotainment solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory corporate and customer standards. In this role you will work closely with our engineering team to understand and implement the scope of the work use your passion to help maintain our highquality software and with the use of manual and automated testing techniques. This role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong communication organization and technical skills who works well in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
In this role you will:
- Design develop and execute test cases test plans for Android iOS web application
- Execute the tests manually as well as develop and maintain their automation
- Produce requirements traceability matrices automation feasibility analysis time estimations
- Collaborate closely with development team to understand project requirements and develop testcases
- Contribute to the definition and refinement of the test strategy and be an advocate for quality practices in your team
- Identify and document software defects track issues and collaborate with the development team to resolve them
- Utilize testing frameworks and tools to automate test cases and enhance test coverage
- Suggest procedure improvements and contribute to improving internal tooling and processes
What you will need to succeed:
- Minimum of 5 years of technical testing experience
- Strong end to end test analysis skills
- Very good experience with test automation frameworks (e.g. Appium Selenium)
- Expertlevel knowledge of at least one of these programming languages (Python Java C)
- Strong experience with Linux operating systems and proficiency with CLI tools and scripting
- Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins)
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Very good written and verbal English skills
