Job Description

We are seeking a People Relations Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling disciplinary actions appeals grievances and similar issues among colleagues within the organization. Additionally this role requires exposure to conciliation and mediation processes with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and the National Labor Relations Commission (NLRC).

You will be part of the People team who collectively support with the implementation of the People Plan to drive organisation effectiveness engagement and high performance via various different routes. 

You will be the representative for the People Team and manage projects which may span all of wider business.

What you will do

  • Handle disciplinary processes and actions ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and resolve employee appeals and grievances promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and disputes.
  • Attend and represent the organization in conciliation and mediation meetings with DOLE and NLRC.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to address employee relations issues and improve workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on people relations matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of case management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational policies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in case management specifically handling disciplinary actions appeals and grievances.
  • Exposure to conciliation and mediation processes with DOLE and NLRC.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and best practices in employee relations.
