Job Description
We are looking for a Business Controller for one of Eurofins most dynamic business lines in Italy. You are the business partner for the management of the business line. You think about the strategic direction of the 6 BVs and ask critical questions about important developments and initiatives. You are the analyst who makes the facts transparent to objectify decisionmaking.
In this role you have the ultimate responsibility for:
- Budgeting and forecasting of the 6 BVs
- Setting up and managing KPI reports
- Developing return and margin analyses
- Setting up cost price calculation models
- Analyze cost structures and optimize resource allocation to improve profitability
- Driving process improvements within finance and controlling functions
- Managing the finance team and with that the financial controlling scope for all Genoma entities in Italy
Qualifications :
What we are expecting:
- Masters in Finance Accounting & Control or similar
- Strong experience in the finance and management areas
- Work experience within accountancy/consulting (Big 4) is an advantage
- Familiar with financial IT systems and good skills in Excel among other things
- Languages: native Italian and good communication in English (written and spoken)
- Additional qualities: Strong personality and communication skills management and leadership skills ambitious and driven profile
