Job Description
FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Heavy Equipment TechnicianOff Road Certification for a permanent position in Fort McMurray AB starting February. In this position you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule camp accommodations flights provided from Calgary or Edmonton and benefits after 300 hours worked.
Qualifications :
- Valid Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician CertificationOff Road required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Heavy Equipment Technician.
- Large offhighway Caterpillar Liebherr Komatsu or Hitachi mining equipment experience.
- Oil Sands or sizeable open pit mining equipment experience.
- Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSO (Common Safety Orientation from Energy Safety Canada)
- Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
- Valid drivers license with 3year driver abstracts.
- Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
Additional Information :
This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
